We are a Freediving and Surf Breath-Hold Training Centre located in the vibrant surfing hub of Canggu, Bali. We offer courses and training for complete beginners right up to instructor level.

Our courses come from the most up-to-date freediving education system in the world, designed by the world’s top freedivers and delivered by highly experienced instructors.

Liquid Life

Liquid Life opened its doors in 2019. A joint venture between Australian record holder in freediving, Adam Stern and Shane Tierney who has been teaching freediving for 12 years (and was Adam’s first ever instructor).

Liquid Life is positioned in popular Canggu. Canggu is popular with surfers, visitors and expats alike. Come visit us in-store to say hello!

FREEDIVING COURSES

FREEDIVE TRAINING

Our pool training takes place in a 50 metre Olympic swimming pool just metres from our centre and we make trips to the idyllic Jemeluk Bay in Amed for our deep dive sessions.

SURF SURVIVAL

This course takes the breathing and mental techniques used by top level freedivers and adapts them for use in the high intensity scenario of a forced breath-hold during a wipeout.
